These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, products, orders, agreements, and deliveries from Studio Plum & Pine. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

3. Products
Studio Plum & Pine offers a curated selection of new and re-used children’s clothing, toys and accessories. We strive to display products and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, variations in color, size, or texture may occur due to natural materials or screen settings.
Studio Plum & Pine reserves the right to cancel any order that results from an offer containing a clear and unmistakable error - for example, an unusually low price due to a technical or typographical mistake. If you’re unsure about the accuracy of any price or promotion, please don’t hesitate to contact us at care@studioplumandpine.com before placing your order.
4. Prices & Payments
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT (Value Added Tax) unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are excluded unless mentioned during checkout. We accept secure payments via iDEAL, Credit Card, PayPal, and other available options at checkout.
Gift cards cannot be refunded in cash.
5. Orders
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. All orders are subject to availability. In case an item is out of stock or your order cannot be processed, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer a suitable solution or refund. All second-hand items are sold ‘as is’. While we carefully inspect and curate each item, minor imperfections consistent with gentle use may be present.
6. Product care & quality
At Studio Plum & Pine, we offer products that reflect our values of quality, comfort, and design. While we stand behind the craftsmanship of every item, we kindly note that many of our garments and accessories are designed with aesthetic appeal in mind rather than maximum durability or utility.
Like all natural and textile-based products, our pieces are subject to normal wear and tear over time. The lifespan of each item depends on factors such as:

Materials and care instructions are provided on our website and/or garment labels. To maintain the quality and appearance of your items, we recommend following all care and washing instructions carefully.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We ship both within the Netherlands and internationally. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on the destination for a more detailed specification, please read our shipping policy. Studio Plum & Pine is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider or customs.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the country of delivery. International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
8. Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your order. If not, you may return or exchange new items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
We do not accept returns on:

Items marked as final sale

Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., pacifiers, bottles) that have been opened
Due to the unique nature of second-hand items, we do not offer standard warranties. For these items, returns & exchanges are only accepted if the item differs significantly from its online description or is faulty in a way not clearly disclosed.
Please notify us within 30 days of delivery via care@studioplumandpine.com before sending back any items. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
9. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at care@studioplumandpine.com, including your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos. We will provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement, repair, or refund.

All content on this website, including but not limited to images, text, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of Studio Plum & Pine or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use or reproduce without written permission.

Studio Plum & Pine reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after such changes shall constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
